Miss Lindy and the Wheels

The band GitanEsprit with bandleader Günther Scherer has been passionately dedicated to swing manouche, better known as gypsy jazz, the only "European" jazz style since it was founded in early 2012.

Still waters run deep, they say. Since this is designed as an acoustic project, at first you think you're only hearing softer tones, but you'll quickly learn otherwise. Powerful songs and catchy, melancholic ballads can be found in the repertoire, which consists of their own compositions in English.
